Hi, I’m Kailee, the Marketing Manager at Balekian Family Law Firm, where I blend creativity, strategy, and heart to help our brand connect meaningfully with the families we serve. I graduated with honors from Texas Tech University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Strategic Communication Management and a minor in Media Strategies, where I also completed a media law course that sparked my appreciation for the legal world and the power of clear, ethical communication.

With a background in digital marketing, strategic campaign development, and full-scale event creation and execution, I love crafting integrated marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and foster genuine engagement. Whether I’m optimizing multi-channel content, coordinating and executing events, analyzing audience insights, or building campaigns that drive measurable growth, I bring a fun, vibrant energy to every project. Working in the legal field allows me to combine my communication expertise with my interest in how the law impacts real people’s lives.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with family, hosting fun events with friends, exploring fashion trends and styling outfits, playing pickleball, and trying new restaurants around Dallas. And of course, you can always count on me to be cheering on Texas Tech—once a Red Raider, always a Red Raider at heart.
