Emory Osborn: Family Law Attorney

Emory Osborn is an Associate Attorney at Balekian Hayes, PLLC licensed in Texas. With a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and minors in Legal Studies, Sociology, and Human Development and Family Studies, Emory graduated from Texas Tech University Magna Cum Laude in 2017.

Emory then earned her law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2021 and is a licensed attorney in Oklahoma, where she was a member of Future Lawyers for Children, worked with a local non-profit on criminal justice reform efforts, and gained experience in criminal law.

As a Dallas native, Emory has been happy to return to Texas and serve clients here in areas of Federal Employment law and Family law. Outside of the office, Emory enjoys spending time with her three dogs, husband, and family.
